Mercedes ISD families: A reminder that there will be no classes on Monday, May 26, 2025 in observance of Memorial Day. All schools and administrative offices will be closed. After a year of dedication and hard work, 160 talented 7th and 8th grade band and orchestra students from Sgt. Manuel Chacon Middle School and Sgt. William G. Harrell Middle Schools recently spent the day at Six Flags, building memories, friendships, and team spirit along the way!
